ahmad rashad sale johnson

ahmad rashad sale johnson

When heiress Casey Johnson died earlier this week, she left behind a three-year-old daughter named Ava. TMZ is reporting that Ava is going to remain with Johnson's mother Sale, with whom Ava has been staying the past few months.

There is no word as to whether Sale Johnson and husband Ahmad Rashad (yes, NBC sportscaster Ahmad Rashad, who was previously married to Phylicia Rashad, aka Clair Huxtable) will formally adopted Ava or simply retain custody.

Between this news and the weird other-heiresses-save-Casey's-dogs-from-crazy-Tila-Tequila story, this is a veritable "Cosby Show" meets "Brady Bunch." Only sadder and with a lot more money.

Casey Johnson adopted Ava from Kazakstan in 2007, which is also when her mother Sale wed Rashad.
