texas ou game 2009

texas ou game 2009

The Hornets harbor no illusions of stinging Michigan, and it's probably a reach to say they were looking past Bethune-Cookman in a 9-7 home loss last week, one in which their only touchdown was a two-yard plunge set up by an 89-yard kickoff return.

In short, it's as close to a bye week as we'll get this year, but we'll still be there on press row, ready to provide the wrap for those who opt to shop, blow leaves or even watch Texas - Oklahoma instead.

Freshman Tate Forcier is probable for tomorrow's game (75 percent), which means he probably won't play as much as he has in recent weeks. Now would be as good a time as any to prepare freshman quarterback Denard Robinson for his next two-minute drill by allowing him to throw in the first half ? we'd love to see plenty of the young running backs, too, and give seniors Brandon Minor (ankle) and Carlos Brown (concussion) time to heal before next week's upset of Penn State in Ann Arbor.

Congratulations to Josh Helmholdt, last week's winner (enjoy Dubuque, Hemy!). This week's winner wins two tickets to Michigan's game at Delaware State when the Wolverines return the favor.
